FirstCash Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCFS) has amended its unsecured revolving bank credit facility, increasing the commitment from $700 million to $1.055 billion and extending the maturity date from August 2029 to August 2031, according to a press release from the Fort Worth, Texas-based company.

The amended agreement raises the permitted net leverage ratio to up to 3.5 times consolidated EBITDA for the full term. It also reduces the unused fee under the facility and allows for direct borrowings in British pounds sterling of up to a $500 million USD equivalent.

FirstCash Holdings, Inc.
