argenx (Euronext & Nasdaq: ARGX) has completed its acquisition of Forte Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: FBRX) through a cash tender offer at $77.00 per share, according to a company statement.

As of the tender offer expiration on August 26, 2026, 19,894,879 shares of Forte common stock were validly tendered, representing approximately 87.13% of Forte's total issued and outstanding shares. Following the tender offer, argenx completed the acquisition through a merger in which all remaining Forte shares were converted into the right to receive $77.00 per share in cash. argenx (Euronext & Nasdaq: ARGX) has commenced a tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Forte Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: FBRX) at $77.00 per share in cash, according to a press release from the company.

The offer is being made through Avena Merger Sub Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of argenx. The tender offer was launched August 6, 2026, following a merger agreement signed July 26, 2026, between argenx, the subsidiary, and Forte.

The offer is set to expire at one minute after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 26, 2026, unless extended or terminated. The offer is not subject to a financing
