Einride names R. Lynn Atchison to its board after Nasdaq listing

Einride AB (Nasdaq: ENRD) has announced the appointment of R. Lynn Atchison to its board of directors, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, according to a press release from the Stockholm-based company.

The appointment follows Einride's public listing on Nasdaq earlier this month. Atchison is a former chief financial officer of HomeAway and Hoover's, Inc., and currently serves on the boards of Bumble, Inc. (Nasdaq: BMBL), where she chairs the Audit Committee, and Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), where she chairs the Risk Committee.
