(Nasdaq: ELVN) announced it has reached alignment with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on the final design of ENABLE-2, a Phase 3 pivotal trial of relcobatinib (ELVN-001) in patients with previously treated chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), according to a press release.

The United States Adopted Names Council has adopted relcobatinib as the nonproprietary name for ELVN-001, an investigational small molecule kinase inhibitor targeting the BCR::ABL1 gene fusion.
