Dimerix Limited (ASX: DXB) has acquired DMX-652, a drug candidate targeting acute kidney injury (AKI), from UK-based Mission Therapeutics, according to a company statement dated July 17, 2026.

DMX-652 is an oral, once-daily selective inhibitor of USP30, a mitochondrial enzyme. The acquisition includes a composition of matter patent, an open U.S. Investigational New Drug application, and an FDA-approved Phase 2 clinical trial protocol. Dimerix also receives sufficient pharmaceutical-grade drug product to conduct the Phase 2 trial.
