Delta Resources acquires 100% of Gold Creek Property in Ontario

Delta Resources Limited (TSXV: DLTA) (OTCQB: DTARF) has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Gold Creek Property in Duckworth Township, Ontario, finalizing an option agreement originally entered into with LatAm Lithium Corp., formerly known as Portofino Resources, in May 2024.

The Gold Creek Property consists of 16 mining claims and sits within Delta's 340 km² Delta-1 Property, located approximately 50 kilometers west of Thunder Bay. Under the amended terms of the agreement, Delta paid $100,000 in cash and an additional $80,000 in cash in lieu of issuing 666,667 common shares that were originally required under the agreement.
