DarioHealth partners with Beluga Health to add clinical care to its platform

DarioHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: DRIO) has entered into a Collaborative Services Agreement with Beluga Health, P.A., a physician-led clinical network operating across all 50 states, according to a press release issued June 29, 2026.

Under the agreement, Dario's digital chronic care platform will integrate Beluga's clinical delivery capabilities, allowing members to receive prescriptions and treatment for conditions including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, behavioral health and musculoskeletal care within a single platform. The company says the integration automatically routes patients to a prescribing clinician when biometric signals deteriorate.
