BRP Inc. (NASDAQ: DOO) announced that Sébastien Martel will retire as Chief Financial Officer and be succeeded by Minh Thanh Tran, effective October 1, 2026, according to a company press release.

Martel, who has served as CFO for 12 years and has been with the Valcourt, Quebec-based powersports company for more than 20 years, will transition to the role of Executive Advisor to the CEO before fully retiring in April 2027.

The partnership was announced at the Farm Progress Show in Iowa and includes $50,000 per year in direct monetary support, two Can-Am Defender utility vehicles for Farm Rescue field operations, and a custom-wrapped 2026 Can-Am Defender MAX Lone Star Cab HD11 to be auctioned for additional funds.
