DarkIris Inc. (NASDAQ: DKI) announced plans to launch an artificial intelligence-generated content platform in 2026, expanding beyond its core mobile gaming business into film and video content production.

The Hong Kong-based gaming company reported revenue of $10.08 million for fiscal year 2025, a 27.3% increase from $7.92 million in 2024. The growth came from games launched in 2024 and new titles released in 2025.

DarkIris Inc. (NASDAQ: DKI) received a deficiency letter from Nasdaq on November 18, 2025, notifying the company that its stock price failed to meet the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
