Beazer Homes shareholders approve Dream Finders acquisition

Stockholders of Beazer Homes USA, Inc. voted to approve Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NYSE: DFH) acquisition of the company at a special stockholder meeting, according to a press release from Dream Finders.

Dream Finders said the vote represents one of the final requirements needed to complete the deal. The parties previously received early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.

Dream Finders expects to close the transaction on October 20, 2026, using already-disclosed available or committed sources of funds.
