DigitalBridge to delist preferred stock from NYSE ahead of SoftBank deal

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) announced it intends to voluntarily withdraw its three series of preferred stock from listing on the New York Stock Exchange, connected to its pending acquisition by an affiliate of SoftBank Group Corp. (TSE: 9984).

The delisting covers the company's 7.125% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: DBRG.PRH), 7.15% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: DBRG.PRI), and 7.125% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: DBRG.PRJ). DigitalBridge also intends to deregister the shares under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

DigitalBridge (NYSE: DBRG), a global alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure, has agreed to acquire PLUS ES, an Australian smart metering company that operates as a separate entity within the Ausgrid Group.

PLUS ES manages approximately 2 million meters across Australia's National Electricity Market and provides metering and data services connecting energy retailers, utilities, and network operators.
