The analyst comments "We’re initiating coverage of CRH with a BUY rating and $137 PT, based on 12x our FY27E EBITDA forecast of $8.9B. CRH acquires Utah aggregate producer Pisgah Stone Products

CRH (NYSE: CRH) has acquired Pisgah Stone Products LLC, a limestone aggregate producer based in Wellsville, Utah, through its Americas Materials business, according to a press release from the company.

Pisgah, which has been family-owned and operated for over a decade, supplies hard-rock limestone used in asphalt, ready mixed concrete, and construction applications in Northern Utah. The company serves both commercial and government customers.

The acquisition adds aggregate reserves to CRH's existing Utah operations, which are centered along the Wasatch Front region. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
