Crossroads Gold completes Rox-ex acquisition for Australian projects

Crossroads Gold Corp. (TSXV: CRG) completed its acquisition of Rox-ex Pty Ltd., gaining control of the Pambula Gold Project in New South Wales and the Club Terrace Project in Victoria, Australia.

The transaction involved C$50,000 in cash, 2 million Crossroads shares, and future cash payments of C$100,000 each on the 12-month and 24-month anniversaries of closing. Crossroads granted a 2% net smelter return royalty on the projects, which the company can repurchase for C$2 million.

The Pambula Gold Project covers 81 square kilometers through exploration license EL 8933, valid until November 2030. Historical records show minimum production of 45,200 ounces of gold

Crossroads Gold Corp. (TSXV: CRG) announced it signed a definitive agreement on April 23, 2026, to acquire 100% of Rox-ex Pty Ltd., an Australian exploration company holding two gold projects in southeast Australia.
