Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) reported preliminary passenger traffic statistics for June 2026, showing capacity growth outpaced demand compared to the same month a year earlier.

Available seat miles rose 16.4% year-over-year to 3,090.8 million, while revenue passenger miles increased 13.3% to 2,631.8 million. The system load factor for June 2026 came in at 85.2%, a decline of 2.3 percentage points from the 87.5% recorded in June 2025.

Copa Holdings operates passenger and cargo services across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean through its operating subsidiaries.
