Copley Acquisition Corp (NYSE: COPL) and Ignite Proteomics announced a definitive business combination agreement that values the combined entity at $150 million pro forma enterprise value.

The transaction will create a new public holding company called Ignite Proteomics Holdings, Inc., which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Both Copley and Ignite Proteomics will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the new entity upon closing.
