Euro Tech Holdings names Sea Clean AS as Norway ballast water partner

Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (Nasdaq: CLWT) has selected Sea Clean AS as its strategic partner to launch a mobile hybrid Ballast Water Port Reception and Treatment Facility in Norway, according to a company statement.

Sea Clean AS, a Norwegian provider of ballast water treatment solutions, will supply land adjacent to the seashore for the facility and provide on-site operational services. The mobile facility is scheduled to be dispatched to Sea Clean's port site in Torvasted, Norway, in early July 2026.

HONG KONG, June 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (Nasdaq: CLWT) today announces that it has shortlisted a strategic partner, Sea Clean AS (" Sea Clean"), to launch its next-generation hybrid Ballast Water Port Reception & Treatment Facility in Norway. Sea Clean AS will provide both the land adjacent to the seashore for the facility and on-site operational services for future vessel needs.
