Carlin Gold names new CEO, chairman, and director amid board shake-up

Carlin Gold Corporation (TSXV: CGD) (OTCQB: CGDCF) announced changes to its management team and board of directors, bringing in three new executives while four others departed.

Quentin Mai has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and Director. Cal Everett joins as Chairman and Director, and Craig Roberts has been named Director. Outgoing President and CEO Wayne Livingstone will remain on the board as a Director. Robert Thomas resigned as Director but will continue as Vice President of Exploration. Robert Culbert and Aris Morfopoulos also resigned as Directors.
