Cenntro gets 180-day extension to meet NASDAQ minimum bid price rule

Cenntro Inc. (NASDAQ: CENN) received a 180-day extension from Nasdaq to meet the exchange's minimum $1.00 closing bid price requirement for continued listing.

The electric commercial vehicle company now has until April 20, 2026 to achieve compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The extension follows the company's failure to maintain a closing bid price above $1.00 for thirty consecutive business days.

Nasdaq granted the extension after determining that Cenntro meets other continued listing requirements for market value of publicly held shares and initial listing criteria for the Nasdaq Capital Market, except for the minimum bid price rule. The company provided written notice

Cenntro partners with Electricove Maroc for EV assembly in Morocco

Cenntro Inc. (NASDAQ: CENN) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Electricove Maroc to establish electric vehicle assembly operations in Morocco for distribution in local and Northern African markets.

Under the agreement, Cenntro will supply vehicle assembly kits to Electricove, which will establish a local assembly plant to build Cenntro EV models including the Teemak and LS450. Cenntro will provide technical documentation, assembly training, and engineering support to help develop Electricove's local assembly capabilities.

Electricove, headquartered in Casablanca, has served as a Cenntro distribution partner for several years. The company indicated the initiative has received endorsement from Moroccan government authorities and business organizations.

Cenntro Inc. (NASDAQ: CENN) announced it received 260 orders for its newly introduced Logistar 210 electric commercial vehicle model during the first half of 2025, according to a company statement.

The Logistar 210 replaces the previous LS200 model and includes upgrades in features, technology, and quality. Since its launch earlier this year, Cenntro has delivered 12 units to customers in Europe.
