Infleqtion completes SPAC merger, to trade on NYSE as quantum firm

Infleqtion Inc. completed its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp X (NASDAQ: CCCX), making it the first publicly listed neutral-atom quantum technology company, according to a company statement.

Churchill X has delisted from Nasdaq, and Infleqtion shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 17, 2026, under ticker symbols "INFQ" for common stock and "INFQ WS" for warrants.

The company develops quantum computers, precision sensors, and software for governments, enterprises, and research institutions. Infleqtion's portfolio includes quantum computers, quantum clocks, RF receivers, and inertial sensors designed for commercial deployment.
