Crescent Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBIO) closed an underwritten public offering of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants, raising approximately $143.7 million in gross proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses, according to a press release.

The clinical-stage biotechnology company sold 9,387,896 ordinary shares, including 1,293,103 shares issued through the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. In lieu of ordinary shares, certain investors received pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 525,897 ordinary shares.

Ordinary shares were priced at $14.50 per share, while pre-funded warrants were sold at $14.499 each, reflecting the per-share price minus the $0.001 exercise price

Crescent Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBIO) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,094,793 ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 525,897 ordinary shares, according to a press release.

The ordinary shares are priced at $14.50 per share, while the pre-funded warrants are priced at $14.499 each, reflecting the per-share price minus the $0.001 exercise price. The company expects gross proceeds of approximately $125.0 million before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses.

Crescent Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBIO) announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants, according to a press release from the clinical-stage biotechnology company.
