Casa Minerals closes second tranche, raises $968,649 in private placement

Casa Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CASA) (OTCQB: CASXF) (FSE: 0CM) has closed the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $968,649, according to a company statement.

The tranche consisted of 5,800,000 flow-through units at $0.10 per unit, generating $580,000, and 5,552,129 standard units at $0.07 per unit, generating $388,649.

Each flow-through unit includes one flow-through common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each standard unit includes one common share and one full warrant. All warrants are exercisable at $0.15 per common share until October 15, 2028.

All shares and warrants issued are subject to a hold

Pursuant to the second tranche, the Company issued an aggregate of 5,800,000 flow-through units ("FT Units") at a price of $0.10 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of $580,000 and 5,552,129 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.07 per Unit for gross proceeds of $388,649, for aggregate gross proceeds of $968,649.

Casa Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CASA) (OTCQB: CASXF) (FSE: 0CM) has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, issuing 15,000,000 flow-through units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,500,000, according to a company statement.

Each flow-through unit consists of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. The 7,500,000 resulting warrants are exercisable at $0.15 per share until September 28, 2028. Casa Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CASA) (OTCQB: CASXF) announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $4 million through two tranches of unit offerings, according to a press release dated September 9, 2026.

The first tranche offers up to 25,000,000 flow-through units at $0.10 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to $2.5 million. Each flow-through unit includes one flow-through common share and one-half of a non-flow-through common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.15 per share for 24 months from issuance.
