Butler National CEO Christopher Reedy retires due to health reasons

Butler National Corporation (OTCQX: BUKS) announced that Chief Executive Officer Christopher J. Reedy retired from his position effective June 15, 2026, due to health considerations. Reedy will continue serving as a board member through the remainder of his current term and will support the company in an advisory capacity as his health permits.

The board of directors appointed Adam Sefchick, the company's chief financial officer, to serve as interim CEO while retaining his CFO responsibilities. Executive Chairman Jeff Yowell will oversee the leadership transition.

OLATHE, Kan., June 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Butler National Corporation (OTCQX: BUKS) today announced that Christopher J. Reedy has retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 15, 2026, due to health considerations. Mr. Reedy will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors through the remainder of his current term.
