Bonterra repays C$5M credit facility ahead of maturity date

Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV: BTR) (OTCQX: BONXF) (FSE: 9BR2) has fully repaid a C$5 million non-revolving credit facility originally established with Wexford Capital LP, a Delaware limited partnership and an insider of the company, according to a press release.

The credit facility was first advanced under a credit agreement dated March 23, 2026, and carried an interest rate of 8.00% plus the Secured Overnight Financing Rate applicable to the six-month term. The facility was set to mature on September 23, 2026.
