Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. (CSE:BTC)(OTCQB:BTCWF) announced it has entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire all outstanding common shares of ChessGold Inc., a real-money chess gaming platform company.

Under the agreement dated April 17, 2026, Bluesky will pay $1 million through 10 million common shares priced at $0.10 each. The deal also includes 20 million warrants exercisable at $0.20 for five years, contingent on performance milestones including reaching 500,000 users and $1 million in revenue.
