Baselode changes name to Geiger Energy, consolidates shares 5-to-1

Baselode Energy Corp. (TSXV: FIND) (OTCQB: BSENF) will change its name to Geiger Energy Corporation and consolidate its common shares on a 5-to-1 basis, effective October 27, 2025, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The share consolidation will reduce outstanding shares from approximately 291.6 million to 52.3 million. Shareholders will receive one new share for every five existing shares, with fractional shares rounded to the nearest whole number.

The company's shares will trade under the new symbol "BEEP" starting October 27. A new CUSIP number 375130101 will replace the previous identifier to distinguish pre- and post-consolidation shares.
