CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) announced that Tony McDonald has resigned from his positions as chairman of the board and president of the company. Carly E. Howard has been appointed as chair of the board of directors, effective immediately.

McDonald stated it had been a privilege to serve as chairman and president during a period of transformation for the company. Howard thanked McDonald for his contributions and expressed her intention to work with the board and management team on governance and execution.
