BNB Plus ends advisory deal, moves digital asset management in-house

BNB Plus Corp. (OTCQB: BNBX) announced it has ended its advisory and asset management arrangement with Cypress Management, LLC and its affiliates, transitioning the company's BNB cryptocurrency treasury operations fully in-house.

The company said the decision follows a shareholder-led financing completed approximately one month ago. Clay Shorrock, President and CEO, said in a statement: "Bringing treasury execution fully in-house tightens the alignment between strategy and execution, and we believe marks an important milestone in our strategic process to build long-term shareholder value."

BNB Plus Corp. to move from Nasdaq to OTCQB after delisting ruling

BNB Plus Corp. (NASDAQ: BNBX) has received a delisting determination from the Hearing Panel of the Nasdaq Stock Market due to the company's failure to meet the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

Trading of BNBX on Nasdaq will be suspended at the open of trading on July 14, 2026. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group, under the same ticker symbol, BNBX, starting that same day.
