BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) and Hemispherian AS announced two poster presentations featuring their GLIX1 compound at the 31st Society for Neuro-Oncology Annual Meeting & Education Day, scheduled for November 12-15 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Both presentations are set for November 13, 2026, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. EST at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

The first presentation, titled "GLIX1, a TET2 activator targeting DNA damage response: potent anti-tumor activity across multiple glioblastoma models; orthotopic CDX models and a subcutaneous TMZ-resistant PDX model," will be delivered by Dr. Adam Robertson, Chief Scientific Officer of Hemispherian AS. BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) and Hemispherian AS announced that two abstracts on their GLIX1 compound have been accepted for presentation at the 21st Meeting of the European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO 2026), scheduled for September 24-27 in Rome, Italy.

One abstract has been selected for a mini-oral presentation on September 25, featuring preclinical efficacy data for GLIX1 in orthotopic glioblastoma models. BioLineRx plans $3.75M share offering at $2.78 per ADS

BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) (TASE: BLRX) has entered into a definitive agreement for a registered direct offering of 1,348,921 American Depositary Shares at $2.78 per ADS, with gross proceeds expected to total $3.75 million before placement agent fees and other expenses.

The Tel Aviv-based company has also agreed to issue warrants to purchase up to 2,023,382 ADSs at an exercise price of $2.78 per ADS through a concurrent private placement. The warrants will expire five years from the issuance date. Each ADS represents 600 ordinary shares with a par value of NIS 0.10 per share.
