Bluerock Acquisition completes $172.5 million IPO on NASDAQ

Bluerock Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: BLRKU) closed its initial public offering of 17.25 million units at $10.00 per unit, raising $172.5 million. The offering included 2.25 million units from the underwriters' full exercise of their over-allotment option.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant allows the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.

The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under ticker "BLRKU" on December 11, 2025. The Class A ordinary shares and warrants will trade separately under symbols "BLRK" and "BLRKW" respectively once separate trading
