80 Mile PLC signs US$30 million joint venture for Greenland project

80 Mile PLC (AIM: 80M, OTC: BLLYF) entered into binding heads of terms with USFM Corporation for a joint venture on the Disko-Nuussuaq project in West Greenland, according to a company statement.

Under the agreement, the US partner will fund US$30 million over three years in US$10 million increments to earn a 51 percent interest in the project. 80 Mile will retain 49 percent ownership and serve as operator, receiving a 12.5 percent management fee on expenditures and a £500,000 cash payment upon signing definitive agreements.
