BlockchainK2 Corp. (TSXV: BITK) (OTCQB: BIDCF) (FSE: KRL2) announced a proposed private placement offering of up to 1,857,143 common shares at $0.07 per share, seeking to raise up to $130,000, according to a press release from the Vancouver-based company.

The company said it has elected not to proceed with a previously announced private placement from February 26, 2026, replacing it with the current offering.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
