Instinct Bio signs MOU with Invitrx to expand cosmetics and medicine

Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOT) announced that its subsidiaries, Instinct Brothers Co., Ltd. and Artisans Production Co., Ltd., have signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Invitrx Therapeutics, Inc. to pursue two proposed business areas: the manufacture and sale of GENREVER cosmetic products in the United States, and the potential supply of concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for clinics and a cell processing center in Indonesia.

Under the proposed arrangement, Instinct Bio intends to license the GENREVER trademark, Artisans Production would contribute proprietary formulations and raw materials, and Invitrx would manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP manufacturing facility.

Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOT) announced plans to launch a subscription-model aesthetic clinic business in Indonesia under its Japanese brand "Genrêver Clinic," according to a press release dated July 29, 2026.
