BlockchainK2 plans $1 million private placement at $0.07 per share

BlockchainK2 Corp. (TSXV: BITK) announced plans for a private placement offering of up to 14,285,714 common shares at $0.07 per share, seeking to raise up to $1 million.

The Vancouver-based company stated that securities issued in the offering will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period. BlockchainK2 may pay finder's fees in cash or share purchase warrants according to TSX Venture Exchange rules.

The company plans to use proceeds for general working capital purposes. Completion of the proposed offering requires corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
