Benton Resources Inc. (TSXV: BEX) has acquired a parcel of land consisting of six claim units in one mineral licence contiguous to its Dominion gold-base metal project in Newfoundland, according to a company press release dated October 5, 2026.

The company signed a purchase agreement with Quest Inc., a private arm's-length company owned by two Newfoundland prospectors. The acquired land sits approximately 600 meters along strike from surface grab samples that graded up to 10.8 g/t gold, where Benton recently completed a trenching and channel sampling program with assay results still pending.

Subject to exchange approval, Benton will pay $20,000 in cash
