Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX: ATD) has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to renew its share repurchase program, authorizing the purchase of up to 74,194,410 common shares, representing 10% of its public float of 741,944,105 shares as of July 9, 2026.

The program runs for twelve months, commencing July 23, 2026, and ending no later than July 22, 2027. Shares will be purchased at market price through the TSX and alternative Canadian trading systems, as well as outside TSX facilities under regulatory exemption orders. ("Couche‑Tard") (TSX: ATD) announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has approved the renewal of Couche-Tard's share repurchase program (the "Program"), authorizing it to repurchase up to 74,194,410 Common Shares (the "Shares"), representing 10% of the 741,944,105 Shares comprising Couche-Tard's "public float" (as such term is defined in the TSX Company Manual) as of July 9, 2026. As of July 9, 2026, Couche-Tard had 917,962,609 Shares issued and outstanding.
