Accelerant Holdings (NYSE: ARX) announced that the 40-day "go-shop" period under its merger agreement with affiliates of Thoma Bravo expired at one minute before midnight Eastern time on September 22, 2026, with no alternative acquisition proposals received from any third party.

The merger agreement, signed August 13, 2026, calls for Thoma Bravo affiliates to acquire Accelerant in an all-cash transaction at an enterprise value of more than $4 billion.
