Nuvini Group names Roberto Otero as new chief financial officer

Nuvini Group Limited (NASDAQ: NVNI) appointed Roberto Otero as chief financial officer, effective November 3, 2025, according to a company statement. Otero will replace Luiz Busnello, who will transition to a board member role.

Otero brings over 20 years of experience in global capital markets and corporate finance. He previously served as a director in equity research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than a decade, covering healthcare, education, technology, and transportation sectors.
