Apex Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ: APXC) has closed an underwritten public offering in the United States and begun trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "APXC" as of October 23, 2026.

The offering consisted of 400,000 American Depositary Shares priced at $4.65 per ADS, with each ADS representing six common shares of the company. Gross proceeds totaled $1.86 million before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.

Apex has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 60,000 ADSs at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Maxim Group LLC served as sole book-running

Apex Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ: APXC) has priced an underwritten public offering of 400,000 American Depositary Shares at $4.65 per ADS, with gross proceeds expected to reach $1.86 million before underwriting discounts and expenses, according to a company statement.

Each ADS represents six common shares of Apex. The company has also granted the underwriter, Maxim Group LLC, a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 60,000 ADSs at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
