APPlife Digital Solutions announces 1-for-250 reverse stock split

APPlife Digital Solutions, Inc. (OTCMKTS: ALDSD) announced that its Board of Directors approved a 1-for-250 reverse stock split of the company's common stock, effective June 12, 2026.

Under the reverse stock split, every 250 shares of issued and outstanding common stock will be automatically combined into one share. The company's stock will trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol "ALDSD" for 20 business days before reverting to "ALDS." The new CUSIP number will be 03829G206.

Stockholders who would receive fractional shares will instead receive one whole share, with fractional shares rounded up. The reverse stock split will also apply to shares
