Claranova (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCLA), a SaaS software publisher, has appointed Éric Roussel as its Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. He also joins the company's Executive Committee, succeeding Antonio Adornato, who had been serving as interim CFO.

Roussel holds a master's degree in finance from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has more than 20 years of international financial experience, beginning his career at Ernst & Young in Paris and New York, where he spent 14 years in audit and transaction advisory services.

He subsequently served seven years as CFO of Mega International, a SaaS software
