Coloured Ties Capital plans 3-for-1 share consolidation

Coloured Ties Capital Inc. (TSXV: TIE) (OTC Pink: APEOF) announced a proposed consolidation of its common shares on a three-to-one basis, reducing its share count from approximately 21,886,934 to 7,295,645 shares outstanding.

The board of directors approved the consolidation, which remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company said it will announce an effective date upon receiving exchange approval. The company's name will not change as part of the consolidation.

Akanda Corp. (NASDAQ: AKAN) disclosed that it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market on June 16, 2026, stating the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).

The rule requires companies listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market to maintain a minimum of $2.5 million in stockholders' equity. According to the company's Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, Akanda reported stockholders' equity of -$11,990,437.

Nasdaq also determined that Akanda does not meet alternative continued listing standards related to market value of listed securities or net income
