Aeternum to acquire full ownership of Cameroon cobalt-nickel project

Aeternum Resources (OTC: AETN) has agreed to acquire 100% of American Renaissance Minerals LLC, the project vehicle behind the Nkamouna Cobalt-Nickel-Manganese Project in Cameroon, according to a press release dated September 25, 2026.

The agreement, dated September 21, 2026, replaces an earlier arrangement announced August 7, 2026, under which Aeternum held an option to acquire a 51% interest in American Renaissance Minerals. The new deal gives Aeternum full ownership, and the prior investment agreement will be terminated at or before closing. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
