Aelis Farma (Euronext Paris: AELIS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced that an Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC) has recommended the continuation of its Phase 2b clinical trial evaluating AEF0217 in adults and older adolescents with Down syndrome, with no modifications to the current protocol.

The IDMC conducted its first scheduled safety review after more than 30 participants had completed at least four weeks of treatment. The review was based on blind safety data from 42 randomized participants, using a June 4, 2026 data cut-off date.
