Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire COMWARE Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based provider of technology services for mid-market companies in Japan. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in September 2000, COMWARE employs more than 180 professionals and specializes in SAP and CRM technologies, offering services that span implementation, development, maintenance, and operations of core business systems. The company has served clients in discrete and process manufacturing sectors, including chemicals and food industries.
