Jefferies analyst Brian Tanquilut upgraded Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ: ACHC) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $30.00 (from $24.50).

The analyst comments "We upgrade ACHC to Buy given our belief that new mgmt is well-positioned to bring enhanced operational stability/earnings visibility and a much-needed boost to underperforming assets (beds added in last 3 yrs), just as the recent approval of the FL DPP provides fuel for a guidance raise with the Q2 earnings release. We also present our updated bed build analysis which points to ~7% upside to Street EBITDA in FY27
