Diodes (NASDAQ: DIOD) reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $233.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $233.7 million.

Diodes sees Q4 2014 revenue of $217-231 million, versus the consensus of $229.97 million.

"We expect gross margin to be 31.6 percent, plus or minus 2 percent. Operating expenses are expected to be approximately 22.2 percent of revenue, plus or minus 1 percent. We expect our income tax rate to be 25 percent, plus or minus 3 percent, and shares used to calculate diluted EPS for the fourth quarter are anticipated to be approximately 49.0 million.”
