Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.45, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.1 billion.

2014 Outlook affirmed.

"It is particularly encouraging to see sales trends continue to improve in both our financial and legal businesses alongside consistent strong performance from our other units.
