CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.37, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.43 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.45 billion.

CMS Energy reaffirmed FY2014 EPS of $1.76-$1.78, versus the consensus of $1.77.
