Adjusted EBITDA loss (a non-GAAP measure) was $3.3 million, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $5.1 million for the same period last year. During the fiscal 2014 quarter, depreciation and amortization increased by $2.4 million, which was primarily comprised of two discontinued software products and depreciation of NFS Ascent now that it has been launched.
