Criteo S.A. (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q2 EPS of EUR0.04, versus (EUR0.11) last year. Revenue for the quarter ex-TAC came in at EUR67 million versus the consensus estimate of EUR40 million.

Fiscal Year 2014 Guidance:

• The Company is increasing its Revenue ex-TAC outlook for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, now expected to be between €280 million and €284 million.
